COLUMN FOOTING AND WALL

I always design column footings with column loads only, until now I realize the 12"wall is heavy too, it will affect quite a bit on my footing since it usually offset from center of footings.
anybody has the same problems?

Just a typical perimeter column. The perimeter wall is also on footings, sometimes it's 12" block wall for 2 or 3 stories.

All loads should be considered when determining footing size.
