Combo Solenoid Valve w/ Timer Recommendation?

For water pressure ranging between 80 and 150PSI in a 1/2 inch pipe with little to no back pressure,
looking for recommendations for a solenoid valve with an adjustable timer that can be user specified
to open for 1 to 5 seconds and then close for 1 to 5 minutes, repeatedly 24/7. Water and ambient are
both at room temperatures. Reliability is top priority.

These timer operated SVs' are commonly used in air compression packages for dumping water from after coolers, separators and the like - ask an air compressor package supplier.
