Concrete Discharge Impact Factor

Hello. I am designing a chute where concrete is to be discharged. I am considering impact factors are to be used in calculating the design loads. However, I couldnt find any resource discussing the applicable theory or formula to calculate impact factors. Could you point me in a direction for review? Thanks in advance.

As a rule of thumb for such applications, increase the static load by 10-15 percent.
