i want to design the 3 chamber concrete septic tank (size 1m x 4m x 1.5m) for 20 person Users with soakage pit , so any one can provide the standard design of this kind of septic tank or any document reference which is helpful to design (wall and slab thickness , reinforcement details etc) this type of septic tank and soakage pit ??

Contact your local precaster(s), you will not be the first person to ask this question and I'd highly recommend you stick to their stock forms rather than try something custom. All of our tanks are designed to meet ASTM C1227.
