Can anyone help point me in the right direction for the appropriate guide specification that governs above ground concrete tank design in the US? I have a 100ft diameter reservoir tank that needs to be designed.

Thanks!

ACI 350 will be a good starting point as Celt83 suggested..

I will suggest you also to look AWWA D110, 115 (Circular, Prestressed
Concrete Water Tanks ).

Hopefully, there's someone you can talk to who's done these before. The devil is in the details and no publication really gets into those weeds.

Do not attempt this without an experienced senior overseeing your work.
Unlike building floors which rare if ever see the 50psf or 100 psf live load, hydrostatic loads are real and unforgiving.
And unless your have a DN prestressed tank, your new concrete tank is going to crack and leak, and you need to know how to minimize / mitigate the extent.
