Condominium Air Conditioning

I am looking for a mid- to high-end, 2-3 ton, vertical S/S AHU for a mid-rise condominium complex. The condensing unit needs to be a thru-wall type. The supply fan must possess 0.5" - 1.0" ESP capabilities. Energy efficiency is also a concern (EER greater than 10.0 desired).

Other than FirstCompany, who makes vertical residential S/S units with thru-wall condensers?
