Hi All
Need a bit of help or feedback.
Just started work in sulphur transport setup from ship to stockpile via conveyors.
In the past, the conveyor (belt) material use was anti static type.
However, in recent times, I found that fire resistant anti static (FRAS) belt replaced the Anti Static belt.
No documentation -explanation on why this was done. I assumed some thought it was a good idea.
The FRAS belt don’t last as long as the AS. I am thinking of reverting back to AS.
So any opinion or feedback appreciated.
We have a fire suppression system along the belt.
