I found an old thread for this, but was wondering if anyone has had this problem more recently.
I've uninstalled and re-installed Draftsight to no avail.
I don't seem to be getting any response from Dassault Systems either.
Anyone else have this problem, and even better, has anyone found a solution?
Thanks

When you want to print any drawing the window of printer control appears
(i.e HP 2510 series or whatever)? With configuration option button in manual mode
should appear on the printer / plotter box the identification of your printer
properties and usb port connection in use.
If these data do not appear there is a possibility that the printer/device driver
does not properly installed on your machine system.
Try to reinstall these printer drivers again. This action may help.
Cheers

As soon as I hit ctrl-p, or select the print button it crashes.
I also tried changing the print config settings, and it even crashes doing that.

I work in IT and I'm helping a client with the same issue. Windows 7 x64 workstation, Latest version of DraftSight. As soon as I hit print preview or print, it brings up a window saying something about "the program must close..." then crashes within 5-10 seconds. Removed and re-installed DraftSight, removed print drivers and re-added. Tried different versions of compatibility mode, nothing is working. Going to pick it back up tomorrow but I'll post if I find a solution.

Thanks,
I've succeeded in printing one print, but then it crashes on successive prints.
After uninstalling, and reinstalling the software and the printers, I can print one print... Then it crashes on the next one.
I just tried rolling back my graphics card driver, and it didn't work either.
Tried changing the settings to "best performance" and it didn't work either.
I'm at a loss.

I uninstalled a program yesterday, which fixed Draftsight...
Problem is, I can't recall what program I uninstalled for the life of me.
Sorry.

I think I have it resolved too. I purged the machine of all printers and printer drivers. I used printui /s /t2 from elevated cmd, then pulled every driver and package. Re-added his printers (take a screen shot before hand of all printers) and after that it started working again.
