Wondering how to create a "Master Plane" in a model; say XY, and have parts in an assembly create a view relative to that Master Plane?

Say an assembly has 5 child parts that all have different orientations in the Parent Assembly. Anything in the positive side of the plane would be say looking at the parts from the Left. Anything in the negative side would be looking at the parts from the right.

Looking to build a query-able items so I can export that information out to a document.
Something like:
Positive part 1,3,5 section look like this...
Negative Parts 2,4 section looks like this...

Kind of a complicate task but figured I would ask the expert community.

Here is an example of a different assembly but it should work for discussion sake.
Items #1 & 3 point one direction.
Items #2 & 4 point in a different direction.
If the Yellow line was say the 'Master Plane' is there a way to create a comparison view of each item relative to that Master Plane?
Some way to export a view of each of the child parts (1,2,3,4) relative to the Master Plane.
