I want to make a fillet which its value follows a curve

for this case, the result should be a variable radius, with its value in each point, the value from distance, from edge to curve.

Something like CREO does:

Try the Face-Face Fillet.

Choose two surfaces (one from each side of the hard line)
Choose your curve as the "Hold Curve"
and choose a spine.
Your existing curve might work as the spine as well.

The hold curve will give you a symmetrical variable fillet, i.e. both faces will follow the (one) hold curve. If you want to specify a curve for each face, try the styling fillet (which is capable of two hold curves, one for each face)
