I'm currently using NX 10.0 and am trying to find out if I can creating hotkeys for created favorites.

Just as an example, I use "Projected Dimensions" frequently and would like for the "D" key to take me straight to that function instead of "Simple Distance". But under the "Customize Keyboard" window I can not find "Projected Dimensions" or my saved favorites.

Any help would be appreciated!

As far as I know, NX 10.0 allows creating custom keyboard shortcuts only for commands. But "Projected dimensions" is not actually a command, but the option of more general "Measure Distance" command, thus, that's impossible - you cannot create shortcut for an option. However, you could create extra shortcut for the "Measure Distance" command (or just rebind "D" for this purpose). Once you use this command with an option "Projected Distance" (in "Type" area of command dialog), it will be invoked with this option every time you call it, until you choose another option. To create shortcut, just proceed Ctrl+1 -> "Keyboard" button -> find "Measure Distance" command in "Commands" list after selecting "Menu -> Analysis" category in "Categories" list, and assign new shortcut.

That's actually very helpful. I hate to admit I don't think I knew there were options if you clicked on "Analysis" as I have always expanded the "Analysis" category. Being able to reassign "D" to "Measure Distance" is actually very helpful as I can just hit "D" and "P" in order and it takes me right to "Projected Distance".

Thanks!
