I am creating random vibration test specifications for multiple units following this reference
is there a software that implements automatically these rules in guideline 3 of this reference?

it becomes useful if you have to create multiple specification curves

I'm not sure what you're asking.

If you're asking about generating the plot with those various formats, etc, then Matlab or Octave would be good tools.

Open the link and see guideline 3

My question is: if you have 200 graphs, it is not practical to analyse graph by graph and apply those guidelines. Would be practical to have a tool that creates the curves from the ASD response.
Anyone knows if such a tool that is available?

I do stuff sorta like this in Octave and Matlab. Write the program so that it loops through all of the measurements.

the question is more if the code/tool is available and not if there is a software to create it :)

That I do not know. Sorry. Hopefully someone else will.

You might consider asking the question in the ME Acoustics/Vibrations forum.

I'd roll my own as 100000e suggests, but otherwise Tom at is a fount of wisdom( ex NASA and ex eng-tipper) when it comes to vibration and stuff. The obvious relevant program does PSD time history synthesis. It uses Matlab rather than Octave. Toolboxes->Generate signals->HALT/HASS creates a time history based on a psd .
