Creo Conversion Error

I've been asked to save a solidworks file as a step so that a customer can convert it from ProE and then to Creo. In the process he tells me, "The file opens fine, but it's all wireframe."

I'm not sure what to tell him. Without his software, I can't replicate his error, everything shows up fine for me in Solidworks.

Does anyone have any experience with the software, or know what settings on either side might be causing the end product to show up only in wireframe?

What are your settings under Options when you do the Save As out of SolidWorks?

Output as Solid/Surface Geometry has the highlight bubble and then Export Face/edge properties is checked as well as Split Periodic Faces.

Should be no need to convert.

I just opened a STEP file created in SW12-SP2, with Creo Elements/DME4.
