Cross section bugs

A few of us have been having issues with some cross sections. Not always but sometimes. Certain lines will not show up tubes will have particle lines. We have played around with the foreground/background and this seems to sometimes fix the problem but not always. Also tried to increase the shade tolerance. I tried a search on this topic Is there a good thread on explaining the options in Cross section features and how to trouble shoot? Some of the guys have taken to going into the expanded mode and manually fixing the cross sections but this should have to happen.

BTW running NX 6.0.5.3 on Windows XP Pro

just a guess:
The next time it happens edit the drawing view tolerance.
rmc on view > style > general tab > tolerance (increase/decrease and observe what happens)
