There is a single current transducer with all 3 phases passing through it, on a pump supply. What is that detecting or measuring? Thanks!

Ground Fault, with no leakage to ground all three phases are in ballance resulting in zero secondary current.
A leakage to ground puts the phases out of ballance resulting in a secondary current.

Is it current transducer or current transformer. If it is current transformer then it is called Ring Core current Transformer.

I don't know about any such transducer.
