Curve on Plan Reinforced Concrete Beam 3

Hi

For a RC beam that is curved on plan subject vertical load only, 1. is the span length straight distance between two supports or curve length? 2. Is the torsion moment equal to load at the beam center times eccentricity to the straight line between two supports? Other than torsion any other things that I need to consider? Can you guys please recommend or share with me any worked examples to study?
