Curved masonry wall lintel design

I am working on this project that requires replacement of lintels that are under the curved corner walls (not an arch). I have never come across such a lintel and was wondering what my options are here? I have attached the drawings for wall openings below:

Neat. What does it look like on the inside? Does it follow the same form above the opening? Easiest would be to cut the corner and use a curved plate, but I doubt that's an option.

That leaves you with determining the necessary embedment in the wall to give you fixity to resist the biaxial bending that's going to result.
 
you need fixity at the ends, and torsional design...
