Customer Default Locked

We were making changes to the Customer Default and it asked us if we wanted to save the file. We said yes.
When testing the changes, we realized it wasnt right, so we went back to tweak the changes. Only now, the Customer Defaults "SAVE" button is grayed out and we can only do a Save As.

Both times we were on the Site Level.

How do we get back to where it allows us to save the Customer Defaults?

Find the settings file that was saved (I think they have a .dpv extension) and make sure the file is not marked as "read only".
