Customizing the 'Home' Ribbon Tab

What is the best way to add commands to the Home tab in modeling on a site level.
(Currently Testing TC10 and NX9)

As a follow up,

Our solution involves customizing the ribbon as desired in the NX GUI by right clicking the ribbon and selecting customize.

Exporting the customized role to a directory accessible by all users. (Tools->Customize->Roles Tab->Create...)

Setting the environment variable "UGII_DEFAULT_ROLE" = "\\server\directory\myrole.mtx"
