Hi to all,

I have measurement a point with Analysis/Measure Point and I have created an expression with "Create Individual Coordinate Expressions".

Now, I have to insert this value in my drafting with a note. But this expression has a lot of decimal places. Someone know how to change the decimal places for an expression in a note?

Hi,

In the Note operation pay an attention to Expression under the Formatting tab. It looks like <X0.8@attribute_id>. The value after "0" shows how many decimal places will be placed in note. See the picture:

Thanks Lockdain,

I tried to change this value before posting this thread, but I didn´t see any change.

But when I´ve seen your screen capture I´ve realized what was the problem!

It only works for X/Y/Z coordinate measurement separately because the value is a number.

But for Point Measurement it doesn´t work.

It seems to be so. Maybe somebody will show the way to bear it, unfortunately i don't know any clear solution.
Or, from the other hand, you could manage point coordinates separately, adding them to expressions via Point Measurement feature:

%D0%A1%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA_mbb4sp.jpg

It will save points XYZ-coordinates in a separated expressions:

%D0%A1%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA_b2cvxj.jpg

And you would be able to handle them individually (e. g. to define the decimal places, since it would utilize Number type).
