Design by hand of a reinforced concrete building using ACI

Hello everyone. I wish to design a complete reinforced concrete residential building by hand . I am looking for a book or any other resource which would show all the necessary hand calculations clearly ; from the preliminary design of structural elements,the load combinations, vertical load calculation, k/sft, k/ft, k ..up to the design of all structural elements slab,beam,column up to the footing.

"Actions on structure" tells me you use Eurocode.

actually here in Pakistan we only use american and british side by side

For ACI, the common textbook would be
Design of Reinforced Concrete, - Jack C. McCormac
