Design by hand of a reinforced concrete building using Eurocode 2 1

Hello everyone. I wish to design a complete reinforced concrete residential building by hand before using a software. I am looking for a book or any other resource which would show all the necessary hand calculations clearly ; from the preliminary design of structural elements, the definitions of actions on the structure, the load combinations, vertical load path...up to the design of all structural elements up to the footing. I found the following books:

- Worked Examples for Design of Concrete Structures to Eurocode by Tony Threlfall
- Worked Example to Eurocode 2 Vol 1 by CH GoodChild
- Reinforced concrete design to Eurocode 2 by Michele Win Tai Mak

I wish to know If I could get better resources than these please.

Thank you for your suggestions @HTURKAK. I found Reinforced Concrete design theory and examples written by Prab Bhatt, it's quite rich in content. Still looking for Reinforced concrete design to eurocode. Thanks again
