mohan55 You are again selling your services. This is a forum.

Per ISO-4126, only the term Safety Valve is used regardless of application or design.

The obturator : it is not exactly selling our service. It is not our intention. Certain tedious requirements or issues needs more clarity on both the sides. we are ready help out this case if kartikaagustin revert back with following clarity.

Design calculation is built based on the concept or geometry of the design.so, we need their geometry.

I trust "the obturator" Understands!!!

mohan55 So provide your answers/solutions/comments here which is how a forum works. You had touted for consultation work in an earlier post.

Per ISO-4126, only the term Safety Valve is used regardless of application or design.

the BASIC of it is..

Spring Force Required = Target Sealing Stress x Seat contact surface.

Usually Springs are designed for low pressure sealing, depending on design.

This is different for everyone.. so not sure why that question is being asked on a public forum. while mohan should not be selling his services, consultants is basically what you need if you really want a tailored solution.
