dimension box disappeared. used to be a box when making circles or lines with length

hi new user to Draftsight using 2020 version. when I started using the program it had a text box with the dimensions. Now I don't know how the sizes. I can input the circle diameter in the command line. I have looked through the settings and read through the forum.
I feel dumb cause it's probably an easy fix. I did uninstall and reinstall the program. no fix.
