Directory of formwork manufacturers in USA?

I'm looking for a complete list of all formwork manufacturers in USA, which is quite difficult from Europe.

Is there a helping directory or website?

Second question:

Where can I get reliable forcasts for the following data:

- construction output (fcast. to 2003 / 2004)
- cement consumption in USA (historical an forcast data)

I do not know of a single source on the Internet to find all US suppliers/manufacturers of formwork and shoring, but here are some additional companies that I know.

Symons - (carries Paschal from Europe + own systems)
Safway Formwork Systems (Thyssen Hunnebeck + own systems)
Meva
Ischebeck
Waco Scaffolding - (carries Pilosio and Noe + own systems)
Universal Form Clamp
Gates
Patent/SGB

As for the forecasting information, the only source I can think of is ENR (engineering News Record), and I beleive that their address is enr.com.
