It's probably a part that was labelled by the manufacturer with a company specific part number. Who manufactured the rectifier it's installed in?

You could contact Iconopower Ltd and ask if they know the part number.

Otherwise, you'll have to match it based on current, voltage and physical dimensions.

Please post the diameter of the pole face and the thickness of the package as well as the nameplate of the rectifier. With this information it is feasible to find an equivalent device.
