that is absolutely real.

i've also seen a video of guys in India or Bangledesh or somewhere unloading bricks off a boat. they would take four at a time and throw them up onto the stack on top of their head. once the had about 40 brick on their head they would walk down a flimsy plank from the boat to the dock.
