May 2, 2019 #41 TGS4 Mechanical Nov 8, 2004 3,901 caper656 - my primary recommendation is to not set the design pressure equal to the rating pressure of the flange. Set it to what is appropriate. Otherwise, stepping up a flange Class may be necessary. Upvote 0 Downvote
