Drafting and modeling

After upgrading to NX 11 I encountered an annoyance.
Opening any file and switching from file to file NX automatically changes to drafting.
Is this a customer default or setting somewhere that i can change?

In the customer defaults (gateway -> general -> part ->) there is an option to "enter application where part was last saved or displayed". Perhaps turning this option off will give the behavior you want.
