drafting dimension slows PC 8.5

Simple drawing in NX 8.5. Certtain dimension like an angle or bolt circle will shoot the dimension and arrows way off into space. If i wait 20 mins or so the pc unfreezes and shows the huge leader lines created. NX 8.5

This is a new one for me. I've never heard of anything like this, ever. If you can consistently reproduce this behavior and you're fully up-to-date with your OS and graphics drivers, I would contact GTAC and have them look at this.
