OK, after I defined my Drawing border and the Title Block, 'assembled' them into my Drawing Template file, I then added any other items such as the projection symbol, pagination information, etc. I then used the 'Image' function in Drafting to insert the company logo, which was a .jpg file, in the proper location. I then saved my Drawing template.
Note that the 'artwork' for the company logo is NOT actually part of the Title Block object except for the text 'Siemens PLM Software Inc.', which I did include as simple text. The 'Image' (the .jpg file) was simply positioned over the Title Block on the Drawing temaplate file itself.
Now if you're not looking for anything with color or that's a raster image, you could add your logo directly to the Title Block object as simple text if you have a TrueType version of the logo, as many companies have done, having a commercial 'foundry' produce a font library consisting of their company logo and any other trademarks or corporate artwork that is frequently used by them. Of course, this will only be usable for line-art but I know of several companies which have done this, making it easier to include their logos or other trademarks, in documents as well as in the notes and annotation on Drawings and such.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
One thing to be carefull of. This image does not export out if you export your drawing to a DXF and or DWG of you drawing. At least in NX 7.5 it does not.
