Draftsite 2020 Professional Drawing not opening correctly

I have an issue with a drawing that I have working on it has been fine until today. As when I opened it it there was a message in the command box File Not Found gentleshp.shx. The programme doesn't work at all and I have shut it down ctrl alt delete to end the task.
I can recover the drawing but when I save it and open it again it does the same thing. Any body got any ideas?
