Draped Slab

I have come across a roof system that looks to use a fabric and wire type of mesh draped between open web joist spaced roughly 2'-6" O.C. I am having trouble finding any information on this type of system and was posting this to see if anyone can provide information on this system. I have attached a photo showing the condition.

I know someone on this forum has some literature for exactly this scenario where they used to provide chairs only over the joists and let the welded wire mesh drape itself.
