Driven Timber Piles

What are the average lengths of driven timber piles? I read in the FHWA Timber Pile Design and Construction Manual that typical lengths for timber piles are 0 to 75 feet (for southern pines I think).

Recommended for you

I typically experienced no more than 60 ft.; 40 to 45 ft were more common.
