I have a query regarding multiple PSVs with same set pressure at what cases it can be considered for installation to protect an equipment instead of installing them in staggered manner.?

So basically if your relief case or cases are all such that one valve is not sufficient to allow the flow then yes, same pressure would seem to be able to be used.

However any other relief case(s) where it is less than one valve capacity, then past practice and experience is such that staggered setting is best to avoid valves chattering due to insufficient relief flow rate for two valves to work correctly.
