easy as cake pump

Okay, this one should be as easy as cake for all you guys. I would like to know how to use a handheld soccerball pump to fashion a system that could circulate a liquid from a tank, through the tubing, and back into the tank. The catch is that i dont want to have to turn any switches or do anything other then pump the pump to make it circulate. I also need all of this to be as compact and cheap as possible. If ya'll could give me some tips as what to use and where to get it, I would be greatly appreciative.

You can not use the soccer ball pump because its suction is from the air.
2 check valves, a syringe, and a tee
or you could look at

I was actually planning on using the soccer ball pump to pressurize the tank enough for the system to run the water. Would'nt a syringe only be able to be pumped once. After that it would just suck the water back up, right? I want to be able to continuosly pump the system with water. It's a closed circuit. I want the water to run from the tank, around the tubes and back into the tank. Would small one way valves at each entrance to the tank, facing in ways to make it a circular pattern, and a ball pump straight into the tank for pressure work.

If soccer ball pump you are on your own. That pump is for air, probably would fall apart quickly if water is taken through it, if it even could work.

Small hand bilge pump is best option. Available at WW Grainger, marine or boating stores. Has check valves built in, cheapest one is I think called a Guzzler.

The 2 check valves are placed before and after the tee with the syringe connected to the third port of the tee.
(a check valve is a one way valve)
The small hand bilge pump in usabluebook or as pumpdesigner listed in grainger is just such a device already built and ready to go.
