My career seems to have taken a turn towards more planning than I had ever intended. I find myself dealing with economists and impact analyses a lot more than I thought I ever would, and I don't have any education in that world.
I'm looking for some reference works that I can use to train myself on economic impact analyses related to transportation/trade corridor analysis. Not sure if this is exactly traffic engineering but it sort of is in the planning realm.
Bonus points if reference is canadian, and understandable if you aren't a masters of economics.
