When pumping high viscosity fluid, the corrected BEP shifts to the left. Does this mean the MCSF of my pump will shift to the left also when I am pumping higher viscosity liquid?

Only the pump manufacturer can tell you the effect of higher viscosity on min flow. NPSHr may also be affected.
