High pressure rotor of turbofan engine was found to have seized during third start attempt subsequent to two hot start. do you have any idea on causes of the event?

OK, so "Hot Start" seems to be when the temperature during starting rises faster than it should leading to either automatic shutdown or controlled shutdown when the pilot notices the temperature reading.

Google seem to think this is one of

Fuel system fault putting too much fuel in
Low battery / start speed not putting enough air in
Facing the engine into the wind
Very hot day.

But basically cooking your engine is going to lead to bad things happening
Ta muchly

blade rub due to rotor too slow or not spinning during start/warm
hot spot/spots during full start

or

too fast full start

or multi injector clogged creating hot/cold spots

Yep thus what I was trying to explain and fail to get through.. you did a little better job.

Op
Now the forensics has to start.
A tear down is required and every detail
Has to be meticulous photographing, and inspection of every detail., and failed components to be submitted to a met lap.
However contact the manufacture if it is under warranty. Even if it is not I would highly recommend they do the tear down and inspection.

These 'definition' questions of Yours can easily be answered by simple research. The definition/implications of 'hot start' is/are easy to find on-line.
