Engineer Manual for HVAC system

Hi,
I am looking a sample "system engineering manual" for HVAC, I am not sure what are the information to be included in this doc for my electrical side and I need to submit within a week.

If anyone have it, please share with me.

Your question is not really clear (language barrier?) Give us more information if you can:

Are you the mechanical designer? Contractor? Do you work for a manufacturer? What type of HVAC system is this?

In any case, you basically need to give the electrical designer or contractor and controls designer or contractor all of the information they need to do their jobs.
