Engineering Deliverable for Pre and post drill

By default I have become a project engineer for revisit of wells. The process engineers are doing blowdown calcs along with P&ID redline to connect the platform blowdown with the rig flare in addition to preparing the Long Leed Item list. Instruments is checking the available slots in pannels and preparing instrument specs etc. There must be a set of engineering deliverables for the pre-drill and post dril activities. Any guidlines or assistance will be appreciated.
