Could you please support for this problem,

I want to make black solvent base polyurethane coating using non-carbon black pigments such as manganese ferrite black spinal. But when i add these pigments , coating shows dull appearance instead of shining black.. are there any process or additives to enhance this,

Gloss is created by a microscopically smooth reflective surface. "Large" particles will roughen a surface a cause a matte surface finish.
To solve your problems you must grind your pigment particles to be less than half the thickness of of the coating, and you must use enough polymer to fill all the spaces between particles plus create a continuous, smooth surface over the particles.
