Equivalent pressure is intended to substitute external forces and/or moments with an equivalent pressure. I that what you mean/intend?

TGS4,
Yes this is what i meant but how can i calculate it ???
where can i find it's formula in ASME code ??

The formula can be found in ASME Section II, Subsection NC, Paragraph NC-3658.1(b), although I personally prefer the form in NC-3441.9(a)(3)(-a).

Do you have access to these, or do you need to have the equations themselves provided here?
