I've driven past these things my entire life and never given them much thought. I had my first site visit at one today that needs repairs and was genuinely surprised to learn that it was wood-framed.

I am hugely curious--does anyone know how these are erected? The client mentioned that it is pre-fabricated, panelized construction that is assembled on-site. I did a cursory google search and didn't come up with much, so I was curious if anyone has thoughts or information on how they are assembled--with falsework or otherwise? This particular one is ~65 ft tall at the apex and ~116 ft in diameter.
