error creating facet body un NX 10

I am still getting this error, I have read several threads on this matter and tried then to no avail. moved WCS, changed tolerance, and still this frustrating error. I even exported it via part, Parasolid, iges,stp and still no luck.

When do you get this message ?
Exporting STL ?
Preparing CAM ?
Do you have a simple example file that produces this error message and that you can upload ?

its when I export (or try to) STL... sorry do not have an example I am permitted to upload

Does this happen on every file you try to export, or only this one?
If it only happens on this particular file, run 'examine geometry' to see if there are any errors in the part. Turn on all the body and face checks and window select around the entire part. If any errors are reported, it may be the cause of your export issue.
