Error in exporting data

Respeceted abaqus users, I am facing a problem in getting my results being exported from abaqus to excel using plugin option. The snapshot is attached here.

Which Abaqus version and which plug-in are you using ?

6.14-5 version I am using from last 5 months but these worked well but now it stopped suddenly exporting data but still performing simulations well！Is there any other option to export data? I just faced this problem very first time.

It's a very old version. But you can just use Report --> Field Output or Report --> XY and save the data to a text file with .rpt extension.
