ERROR MESSAGE

Hi can anyone help i was given a assembly to look at an i get an error meassage come up saying "this part has internal inconsistences, please report to GTAC"
does anyone know what it means and how to get rid of it?

The person who created the assembly is using a fake license.

And for the record, NOTHING has changed since I posted my comment on this subject 2 years ago, so I highly recommend that you heed what the message said and contact GTAC ASAP!!!!
