Hi,

I created three wheels and clamps to hold them. I gave rotational motion to the three wheels (connected to the clamp to check) and they were rotating perfectly. As soon as I try placing a platform on top of them (so that I can apply a load and analyze)it shows an error. The wheels which were previously rotating well are not doing so now.
I tried both ways 1) the platform was fixed to the clamps,
2) the platform was just hanging over and my clamps. None of these worked. Error being shown.

ERROR:
Static equilibrium analysis has not been successful.
The maximum number of iterations 100, has been reached.
For the last attempted iteration:
The equation with the largest error was robot_in.platform Comp = 1 Error = 34.425754
The variable receiving the largest increment was robot_in.platform Comp = 4 Delta = 980665.000000.

ERROR: Simulation failure detected.

PS: The error comes just by the introduction of a new part. How can this be possible?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Yes I have. I did the initial conditions simulation to check and it says "There are no redundant constraint equations".
