Hi folks ,I,m new here so nice to see you and be kind hey?
I,m from the UK ,and I,m currently engaged in trying to find a replacement wheel for my friends former boat trailer (Escort ,from Us apparently!)which has been modified to carry a former RAF naval Buccaneer jet cockpit!!!!
But he has never had a spare wheel with it ,and it appears to be sooooo different from all 5 stud 14" offset steel wheels that exist around here !!!!
The studs are 12mm,the distance between is 66mm, the pcd is 112 and what is the crunch point ,is the centre bore is 80mm or near enough !! Most european wheels seem to have a centre around 65 66 -72-3 ish ,so are totally unsuitable. Do you nice people in the US have any ideas for me? Surely it must be a reasonably standard wheel over there? Cheers now Anthony.

Escort was at one time the trailer supplier by/with Bayliner boat packages aka US Marine.

Thanks lads ,I have had a look at the wheels on iboats ,they say 4.5" centers !! Does that refer to the PCD ,it must do ,as the centre bore could not be that wide?I think the best idea is for my friend to examine his wheels with a magnifying glass and obtain all the numbers/letters that are on them ,so we will all ahve something to go on perhaps! Cheers now.
