European Utilities

Hi, I'm looking for any contact with a European Utility, ideally someone that's been involved with HVCC (high voltage covered conductor) lines. This would typically mean covered conductor lines greater than 45kV.

I have read that 138kV HVCC lines have been built in Slovenia and Finland and maybe elsewhere in Europe but most of the literature I have read does not mention specific utility names.
I'm at a loss finding someone who has experience with this type of work.

Any help would be much appreciated.
